By accessing and using the The Shop website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
The Shop provides grooming and barber services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online or by phone. We require at least 2 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or restrictions on future bookings.
4. Memberships
Membership plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan. You may cancel your membership at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Memberships are non-transferable.
5. Payment
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service for per-visit clients. Members are billed automatically according to their plan terms.
6. Liability
The Shop is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects from products used during services. Please inform your barber of any known allergies or skin sensitivities before your appointment.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Shop and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
